Pre-Event Form: Please Complete

Hi all,

Please complete this form before you arrive at SASEhack. The form asks some basic questions to help us with the event and for you to agree to terms and conditions set forth by our sponsor for using their products (as well as general SASEhack rules). If you were properly registered before Oct 10, then you will have already received an email with a link to the same form, so you only need to fill it out once. If you don't fill it out before you arrive, we will just have you fill it out on-site before the event.
